It was another fun-filled week of adventures in Nashville!
Monday 4/28:
- Day off for adulting & rest!
Tuesday 4/29:
- Meetup: Book & Burgers @ Rosemary & Beauty Queen - A burger and a beer for $8!
Wednesday 4/30:
- Lunchtime Pickleball with friend Danny to make the most of what’s left of the 30 Pickleball membership!
- Meetup: Trivia at M.L. Rose Capitol View - Thankfully it was general knowledge this time!
Thursday 5/1:
- Checked out a free coffee event at The Nashville Entrepreneur Center! The people were nice, place was awesome and it was at the repurposed “Trolley Barns” that never actually held a trolley!
Friday 5/2:
- Was supposed to have a Meetup: Friday’s by the River, but mother nature had other plans, so a few of us checked out a local food hall called Hunter’s Station. I tried Vui’s Kitchen and am still thinking about the rice!
Saturday 5/3:
- Compiled the suggested songs and added a few of my own to a new Spotify playlist for the Meetup Group!
- Meetup: Bowling @ Pinewood Social! Another awesome local venue at the Trolley Barns.
- Checked out another local food hall called The Wash. I tried SWEEZA SUPER QUESADILLA - simple and delicious!
Fun facts: The Wash food hall is an adaptive renovation of a previously-existing car wash, which each of the 6 wash bays now serving as a restaurant or bar incubator space. Our name and branding pays homage to history of the space that came before us. Also, the Wash provides alternative options to chefs and restaurant owners who may not want to (or be able to) invest heavily in a permanent, conventional space.
Sunday 5/4:
- Meetup: Pickleball
- Meetup: Sunday Stroll at Lebanon State Park - Hidden Springs Trail - a great turnout despite the earlier rain and muddy conditions. Thankfully it was flat and no one slipped or got hurt!
