It was another fun-filled week of adventures in Nashville!

Happy National Park Week!

Monday 4/21:
- Meetup: Tenx9 Storytelling Event - This month’s topic was “Lost It” - my favorite story was about the fish doorbell in the Netherlands.

Tuesday 4/22:
- Celebrated 5 months in Nashville!
- Warner Park 6 mile hike with my friend Keith and finally saw the view of Nashville from the famous Luke Lea Heights which was on my TN bucket list.

Wednesday 4/23:
- Meetup: Profs & Pints talk on Free Speech & learned about the Hidden Brain Podcast.

Thursday 4/24:
- Recharging & Adulting
- Watched The Diary of a CEO Podcast due to the intriguing guest - Vanessa Van Edwards is the founder of ‘Science of People’, which gives people science-backed skills to improve communication and leadership. She is also the bestselling author of ‘Captivate: The Science of Succeeding with People’ and ‘Cues: Master the Secret Language of Charismatic Communication'.
Note: it is almost 3 hours long but I’m happy I watched instead of listened and I’m looking forward to the follow-up episode!

Friday 4/25:
- In honor of National Park Week I explored a bit of the Natchez Trace Parkway and checked out Leipers Fork, (one of my TN bucket list items), and showed my friend Joe/Sparky the adorable town of Franklin!
- Celebrated 4 months of my Meetup Group!
- Meetup: Pins Mechanical - largest Meetup yet with 35 people!

Saturday 4/26:
- Meetup: Coffee & Conversation @ Humphries Street Coffee, a local social enterprise providing leadership development opportunities for under-resources communities.
- Checked out the famous Nashville Flea Market at the fairgrounds, another thing that was on my TN bucket list.
Fun Facts: The Nashville Flea Market at The Fairgrounds Nashville is considered one of the top ten flea markets in the country. With over 300 vendors from 30 states offering their wares to the public every month, The Tennessee Magazine and Busy Bee Trader continue to vote the Nashville Flea Market as the #1 flea market in Tennessee. For more than half a century, this iconic event operates monthly drawing an impressive ½ million visitors annually and growing. Founded in 1969, the Nashville Flea Market has been in operation for almost 60 consecutive years.
- Meetup: Nashville Soccer Club Game - my first soccer game ever! I think we may be lucky because they won 7 to 2!
Fun Fact: The 30,000-seat Geodis stadium is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the United States and Canada, featuring a 360-degree canopy, a 65-foot-wide shared concourse and a safe standing supporter’s section.

Sunday 4/27:
- Meetup: Coffee at Honest Coffee Roasters at the Factory at Franklin, followed by a stroll around the Franklin Festival.
Fun Fact: This beloved annual tradition produced by the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN is consistently listed among the top 20 events in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society.

Hope this was inspirational in some way!
